Selling Your Home?

 
If you are in the process of selling your home, your realtor and/or title company may have mentioned the need to obtain a resale package. Please see the instructions below for placing an order.
 
 

Ordering a Resale Package:
 
Please email your request to resales@damctx.com. Our resale department will acknowledge your request and ask that you agree to the Resale Package terms. Once the terms are agreed to you will be provided a date that the documents will be ready along with an order number for easy tracking.
 

Our normal turnaround time is 3 business days which we believe is very accommodating and should preclude the need for any RUSH orders.

 

The resale cost for this neighborhood is $175.00. Resale fees are payable prior to the documents being released. The documents will be emailed to the requestor once payment is received in our office.

  • Checks/Money Orders/ Cashiers Checks (Payable to DAMC)
  • Debit or Credit Cards (In office only)
 

Checks can also be mailed to the office. Please mark your envelope “RESALE DEPARTMENT”.

 

**ALL RETURNED CHECKS WILL BE ASSESSED A $35.00 RETURN CHECK FEE**
