Information
In order for homeowners to access the pool facility, a pool
card is needed. Please see below for additional information regarding the pool
cards.
Pool cards are $10.00 each (2 card limit per household). To
request a card please submit your request with the completed waiver to poolwaivers@damctx.com
*All pool cards are Payable to the
Association (River Rock Ranch)
*All pool
cards will be activated within ONE business
day
Reservation Information The River Rock Ranch Clubhouse can be reserved year round with the completion of the Reservation Form (found below), and submission of the Usage Fee ($75) and refundable deposit ($100). All reservation inquires can be sent to reservations@damctx.com.
